Story
Hi Everyone!
The East Fremantle Junior Football Club is excited to take part in the Pull On Your Socks campaign this winter. On the weekend of the 15th and 16th August, all the junior teams, from the Auskickers to the Year 10's will be donning Pink Socks for our "Pink Sock Weekend".
So far we've purchased over 400 pairs of socks, raising over $4,000 for the McGrath Foundation. Our fundraising continues, with donations online, and at our home games.
Your donation will help the McGrath Foundation towards its tenth anniversary goal of increasing the number of McGrath Breast Care Nurses across Australia to 110 to support 10,000 families experiencing breast cancer.Recently, they announced they have achieved funding for their 105th Breast Care Nurse! Half way to their goal for 2015.
Closer to home, the McGrath Foundation has funded two additional Breast Care Nurses to be based at Breast Cancer Care WA's - Cottesloe facility. To find out more, visit their website - www.mcgrathfoundation.com.au

The McGrath Foundation raises money to fund McGrath Cancer Care Nurses and deliver world leading cancer nursing services to support people and their families through cancer. McGrath Cancer Care Nurses provide clinical, psychosocial and emotional support. With your help we can ensure no one goes through cancer without the care of a McGrath Cancer Care Nurse.
